The NICE team will: agree with the contractors a payment schedule (see Annex 4) provide the contractors with reference lists supplied by other contractor teams and those submitted in the call for evidence phase comment on and approve all materials (such as protocols, search strategies, screening checklists and amended quality assessment forms) used during the production of the review. provide the contractors with a copy of the flow diagram template for inclusion in the ‘Methods’ section of the evidence review comment on and approve the draft and final evidence reviews and the slides used for the presentation to the PDG meet with contractors at key points in the process (to be agreed) to agree next steps and to review progress provide a copy of appropriate disclaimer and funding text to be included in any journal publication issue an acceptance certificate once all the work has been delivered Contract commences LJMU submits draft review protocol for evidence review and any strategy for finding additional evidence NICE provides comments on draft evidence protocol and strategy Final evidence protocol and strategy agreed by LJMU and NICE team.
