Common use of WHEN COVERAGE TERMINATES Clause in Contracts

WHEN COVERAGE TERMINATES. Coverage for the Primary Cardholder under this Certificate will terminate on the earliest of the following dates: • the date the Account is cancelled, closed or otherwise ceases to be in Good Standing; • the date You cease to be eligible for coverage; and • the date the Group Policy terminates. Coverage for an Insured Person other than the Primary Cardholder under this Certificate will terminate on the earliest of the following dates: • the date coverage terminates for the Primary Cardholder; and • the date the Insured Person ceases to be eligible for coverage. No benefits will be paid under this Certificate for losses incurred after coverage has terminated.
