Vacation Pay. Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.
Vacation Pay. Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's basic pay, except if an employee has been working in a higher paid position than the employee's regular position for a majority of the regularly scheduled hours in the 60 work days preceding the vacation, in which case the employee shall receive the higher rate.
Vacation Pay. Pay for vacation days for all bargaining unit employees shall be the same as that which the employee would have received had he/she been in a working status.
Vacation Pay. The rate will be the employee’s regular straight time rate of pay. Employees will receive pay for vacation at the time of their regularly scheduled paydays. An employee working less than the fiscal year will receive prorated pay for vacation following the conclusion of service.
Vacation Pay. Vacation pay to which an employee is entitled shall be paid to the employee at least one (1) calendar day before the beginning of his or her vacation, provided that the employee gives the Employer at least fourteen (14) days written advance notice. The amount of his or her vacation pay shall be based on the number of work days of planned absence due to vacation for each vacation period.
Vacation Pay. Upon receipt of 30 days' written notice, the Employer shall pay to the employee, immediately prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, an amount equivalent to his/her vacation pay earned, up to the amount of vacation time being taken.
Vacation Pay. Upon twenty-one (21) days' written notice, a regular employee shall be entitled to receive, prior to commencement of a vacation, a payroll advance equivalent to the amount of her regular paycheque issued during the vacation period.
Vacation Pay. Employees shall receive, upon request, on the last office day preceding commencement of their annual vacation, any cheque which may fall due during the period of their vacation.
Vacation Pay. 13.01 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to and receive annual vacation pay as follows:
(a) All employees shall be paid vacation pay at the rate of six percent (6%) of their gross earnings. An employee with more than one (1) year's service with the Employer shall be entitled to a four (4) week vacation annually.
(b) Accrued vacation pay shall be paid in one lump sum at the commencement of the employee’s vacation (or at the written request of the employee, will be paid each pay period for the balance of the current collective agreement), or upon layoff or termination in accordance with 14.02.
13.02 The vacation time shall be taken at a time or times mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer or upon 3 weeks notice by the employee.
Vacation Pay. Vacation pay shall be at the rate of pay currently in effect at the time of the vacation.
