Vacation Pay. Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.

Vacation Pay. Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's basic pay, except if an employee has been working in a higher paid position than the employee's regular position for a majority of the regularly scheduled hours in the 60 work days preceding the vacation, in which case the employee shall receive the higher rate.

Vacation Pay. ‌ Upon receipt of 14 days’ written notice, the Employer shall pay to the employee, on the payday immediately prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, an amount equivalent to his/her vacation being taken, up to the amount of vacation pay earned.

(b) Accrued vacation pay shall be paid in one lump sum at the commencement of the employee’s vacation (or at the written request of the employee, will be paid each pay period for the balance of the current collective agreement), or upon layoff or termination in accordance with 14.02. 13.02 The vacation time shall be taken at a time or times mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer or upon 3 weeks notice by the employee.

Vacation Pay. 32.13.1 Five and three-quarters percent (5.75%) of gross pay shall be added to the employee’s regular pay in lieu of vacation leave with pay.
