The Court will determine the amount of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses as well as the amount of Class Representative Service Awards. What Happens If I Do Not Opt-Out From The Settlement? If you are a Class Member and you do not Opt-Out from the Settlement, you will be legally bound by all orders and judgments of the Court, and you will also be legally bound to the Releases of the Claims in the Settlement.
