WHEN DUES ARE DEDUCTED. Deduction from money due the employee pursuant to this Article shall be made from the net earnings due the employee payable on the first regular payday in each month, provided the Company has received such authorization and notice from the Secretary Treasurer of IAM&AW Local Lodge 2003 by the 25th day of the preceding month in which such deductions are made. There shall be only one remittance per month by the Company.
