Common use of WHEN DUES ARE NOT DEDUCTED Clause in Contracts

WHEN DUES ARE NOT DEDUCTED. Should an employee be promoted or transferred to a managerial/salaried classification not covered by this Agreement, the Company shall cease deducting applicable service fees or dues from such employee. When ceasing to deduct applicable service fees or dues for reasons cited in this section, the Company shall submit the names of such employees, and the reasons for no deduction to the Secretary Treasurer of IAM&AW Local Lodge 2003.
