When Notices Deemed Given. Every Notice will be deemed to have been given or served (a) if given by hand or overnight mail, upon delivery thereof, (b) if given by reputable, national overnight delivery service, upon delivery thereof; in each case with failure to accept delivery to constitute delivery for such purpose. Any Notice delivered after 5:00 P.M. local time of place of receipt, or on a day other than a Business Day, will be deemed received on the next succeeding Business Day.
