When We Charge Interest. Unless stated otherwise below, we begin charging interest on a purchase or interest charge on the date the purchase or interest charge posts to your Account. We begin charging interest on a fee on the first day of the Billing Cycle following the Billing Cycle in which the fee posts to your Account. However, if a late payment fee is posted to your Account in the current Billing Cycle, but is related to a late payment in the prior Billing Cycle, we will begin charging interest on the fee on the first day of the current Billing Cycle.

When We Charge Interest. ● Purchases. We charge interest on your purchases from the date you make the purchase until you pay the purchase in full, except as set forth below: ● We will not charge you interest during a billing cycle on any purchases if (i) you had no balance at the beginning of the billing cycle or (ii) you had such a balance, you paid that balance in full by the due date in that billing cycle. ● We will credit, as of the beginning of the billing cycle, any payment you make by the due date that we allocate to purchases if (i) you had no balance at the beginning of the previous billing cycle, or (ii) if you had such a balance, you paid that balance in full by the due date in the previous billing cycle.

  • Interest Amount Unless otherwise specified in Paragraph 13 and subject to Paragraph 4(a), in lieu of any interest, dividends or other amounts paid or deemed to have been paid with respect to Posted Collateral in the form of Cash (all of which may be retained by the Secured Party), the Secured Party will Transfer to the Pledgor at the times specified in Paragraph 13 the Interest Amount to the extent that a Delivery Amount would not be created or increased by that Transfer, as calculated by the Valuation Agent (and the date of calculation will be deemed to be a Valuation Date for this purpose). The Interest Amount or portion thereof not Transferred pursuant to this Paragraph will constitute Posted Collateral in the form of Cash and will be subject to the security interest granted under Paragraph 2.

  • Finance Charge Each Receivable provides for the payment of a finance charge or shall yield interest calculated on the basis of an APR ranging from 0.50% to 22.24%.

  • Transfer of Interest Amount The Transfer of the Interest Amount will be made on the second Local Business Day following the end of each calendar month and on any other Local Business Day on which Posted Collateral in the form of Cash is Transferred to the Pledgor pursuant to Paragraph 3(b); provided, however, that the obligation of Party B to Transfer any Interest Amount to Party A shall be limited to the extent that Party B has earned and received such funds and such funds are available to Party B.

  • Late Payment Charge If any principal, interest or any other sums due under the Loan Documents (including the amounts due on the Maturity Date) are not paid by Borrower on or prior to the date on which it is due, Borrower shall pay to Lender upon demand an amount equal to the lesser of five percent (5%) of such unpaid sum or the Maximum Legal Rate in order to defray the expense incurred by Lender in handling and processing such delinquent payment and to compensate Lender for the loss of the use of such delinquent payment. Any such amount shall be secured by the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents to the extent permitted by applicable law.
