WHEN WE MUST NOT ARRANGE DISCONNECTION. a) Subject to paragraph b), your premises may not be disconnected during the following times (‘the protected period’): i) on a business day before 8.00am or after 3.00pm; or ii) on a Friday or the day before a public holiday; or iii) on a weekend or a public holiday; or iv) on the days between 20 December and 31 December (both inclusive) in any year; or v) if you are being disconnected under clause 14.1(a), during an extreme weather event. b) Your premises may be disconnected within the protected period: i) for reasons of health and safety; or ii) in an emergency or iii) as directed by a relevant authority or iv) if you are in breach of clause 6.5 of your Customer Connection Contract which deals with interference with energy equipment; or
