Common use of Where AIN Clause in Contracts

Where AIN. Selective Carrier Routing is utilized by NOW, the routing of NOW’s end user calls shall be pursuant to information provided by NOW and stored in BellSouth’s AIN Selective Carrier Routing Service Control Point database. AIN Selective Carrier Routing shall utilize a set of Line Class Codes (LCCs) unique to a basic class of service assigned on an ‘as needed’ basis.
