Common use of Where AIN Clause in Contracts

Where AIN. Selective Carrier Routing is utilized by Lightyear, the routing of Lightyear’s end user calls shall be pursuant to information provided by Lightyear and stored in BellSouth’s AIN Selective Carrier Routing Service Control Point database. AIN Selective Carrier Routing shall utilize a set of Line Class Codes (LCCs) unique to a basic class of service assigned on an ‘as needed’ basis. The same LCCs will be assigned in each central office where AIN Selective Carrier Routing is established.
