Common use of Where any Dispute Clause in Contracts

Where any Dispute. i. arises from a claim made by any Party regarding any provisions of this Agreement, or ii. relates to any matter agreed to be referred to the Appropriate Commission, including those under Articles, 2.2.1, 2.3.1, 3.3.5, 5.1.2, 7.1.4, 7.1.5, 9.3.3, 10.9.6, 12.1.1, 12.2, 13, 15.2.4, 15.3, 16.3.3, and 18.17.1 hereof, such Dispute shall be submitted to adjudication by the Appropriate Commission. Appeal against the decisions of the Appropriate Commission shall be admissible only as per the provisions of the Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, as amended from time to time.
