Operation and Maintenance of the Project. The Recipient shall operate and maintain the Project in good repair and operating condition so as to preserve the long term public benefits of the Project, including making all necessary and proper repairs, replacements, additions, and improvements during term of the Loan. On or before the Project Closeout Deadline, Recipient shall adopt a plan acceptable to OBDD for the on-going operation and maintenance of the Project without reliance on OBDD financing and furnish OBDD, at its request, with evidence of such adoption. The plan must include measures for generating revenues sufficient to assure the operation and maintenance of the Project during the usable life of the Project.
Operation and Maintenance of the Project. 7.1.1 The TSP shall be responsible for ensuring that the Project is operated and maintained in accordance with the Indian Electricity Grid Code (IEGC) / State Grid Code (as applicable), Transmission License, directions of National Load Despatch Centre / RLDC / SLDC (as applicable), Prudent Utility Practices, other legal requirements including the terms of Consents, Clearances and Permits and is made available for use by the Transmission Customers as per the provisions of applicable regulations including but not limited to the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in Inter-state Transmission) Regulations, 2008, CERC (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term Access and Medium-term Open Access in inter-State Transmission and related matters) Regulations, 2009, Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, and the Central Electricity Authority (Grid Standards) of Operation and Maintenance of Transmission Lines Regulations, 2010, as amended from time to time and provisions of this Agreement.

Operation and Maintenance of the Project. Grantee agrees to complete the Project consistent with the approval by the voters of the Grantee of the Local GO Bonds and in accordance with the Project plans, specifications and budget and, if applicable, to contract with competent, properly licensed and bonded contractors and professionals in accordance with the Oregon Public Contracting Code and all other applicable federal, state and local laws regulating projects of the same type and purpose. If applicable, Xxxxxxx agrees to have plans and specifications for the Project prepared by a licensed architect or licensed engineer and to require that the Project meets applicable standards of survival in good condition. Prior to commencement of Project construction, if any, Grantee shall require the general contractor for the Project, if any, to procure and maintain in full force and effect throughout the entire time of construction and until one year after the date construction of the Project is complete, a performance and payment bond for the faithful performance and payment of all of the contractor’s obligations for the total cost of the Project. The Grantee shall be named as the obligee on the bond. Grantee shall operate and maintain the Project in good repair and operating condition so as to preserve the public education benefits of the Project, including making all necessary and proper repairs, replacements, additions, and improvements.
