Where Clause 12. 6 (Rectification of Project Co's Proposals) applies, Project Co shall submit its proposal for amending Project Co's Proposals and rectifying the Works (or any part affected) to the Authority's Representative for review under Schedule 8 (Review Procedure) and shall not amend Project Co's Proposals or commence or allow the commencement of the rectification of the Works (or any part affected) until it is permitted to proceed in accordance with Schedule 8 (Review Procedure).
