Where Licensee’s Notice. indicates that the Discovery merits the drilling of one or more Appraisal Xxxxx at that time, Licensee shall prepare and submit the appropriate Appraisal Program which Program shall be scheduled to be completed within two (2) years of the submission of the Notice to the Director General.
