Where, on cessation of employment. the employer makes a payment in lieu of notice; or a payment in respect of accrued recreation or long service leave entitlements (instead of transferring leave credits to another employer party to this WPEA in the event the employee immediately becomes employed by that employer party), the payment thereof shall be based on the salary that would have been payable had the employee not entered into a SSA.
