Sole Paragraph The Concessionaire will not be entitled to any kind of exclusivity; neither will it be able to claim any rights as to the admission of new providers of the same service, in the public or private regimen.
PARAGRAPH TWO The amount determined in accordance with the provisions of item I, clause “b” or item II shall be payable quarterly, on the fifteenth (15th) day of February, May, August, and November of each year, during the period between November 15, 2014 and February 15, 2017, and monthly, beginning on and including March 15, 2017, together with the principal amount repayment installments, and at the maturity or settlement of this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Section Eighteen. FIRST PARAGRAPH The first paragraph to the ICE Trade Vault Agreement shall be amended by adding the following before the last sentence: “Participant is the Third Party Reporter for each of the entities listed in Exhibit 1 to this Annex F (as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 3(m) below), each of which is a “Client” of the Third Party Reporter.”
