Where the Recipient Sample Clauses

The 'Where the Recipient' clause typically defines specific obligations, rights, or conditions that apply to the party receiving goods, services, or information under an agreement. This clause may outline scenarios in which the recipient must take certain actions, such as providing notice, fulfilling payment, or maintaining confidentiality, depending on the context of the contract. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the recipient's responsibilities, ensuring both parties understand what is expected and reducing the risk of disputes.
