Where the Secure Workforce. Conversion Process has made a recommendation to the chief executive that a position or group of positions, or an employee with temporary or casual employment should be converted to permanency and the chief executive decides not to appoint the relevant employee(s) in accordance with subclause B9.3, the chief executive must provide written reasons for their decision.
