Common use of Where the Vice Clause in Contracts

Where the Vice. Chancellor makes a decision to terminate the employment of a staff member in accordance with Clause, 57 Discipline notice or payment in lieu will be as provided in sub-clauses 61.4 and 61.5.

Where the Vice. Chancellor makes a decision to terminate the employment of a staff member in accordance with ClauseClauses 53 or 54, 57 Discipline notice or payment in lieu will be as provided in sub-sub- clauses 61.4 and 61.558.2.2 to 58.2.5.
