Xxxxxxx Xxxxx by the of Sale Deed executed and registered on 12.09.1971 in the office of the Sub Registry at Kharagpur, and xxxx recorded as Being No. 1118 for the year 1971.
WHEREAS Smt. Ft.), RS Khatian No.-168, LR Khatian No.- 1171, RS Plot No-1291, LR Plot No.-3025 (01 Cottah, 13 Chhatak 23 Sq. Ft.), RS Khatian No.-169, LR Khatian No.- 1171, RS Plot No-1292, LR Plot No.-3025 (Area 09 Chhatak 09 Sq. Ft.), corresponding to and his name had been recorded in the finally published R.S. record of Right of the said Xxxxx.
WHEREAS Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, W/o- Sri Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, by faith Hindu, Nationality Indian, by Occupation Housewife, resident of Raniganj, P.O, P.S & A.D.S.R office Raniganj, Sub-Division Asansol, Dist-Burdwan (W.B), was lawful owner of the land measuring an area 04 Cottah 08 Chhatak 35 Sq. Ft. in the Dist. of Burdwan, Sub- Division Asansol, under Raniganj P.S., A.D.S.R Office- Raniganj, Mouza Amrasota, X.X.Xx. 00, Xxxx Xx. 34 under Asansol Municipal Corporation, both RS Khatian No.- 168, RS Xxxx Xx-0000, XX Xxxx Xx.-0000 corresponding to and his name had been recorded in the finally published R.S. record of Right of the said Mouza.
WHEREAS Smt. Param Xxxxx Xxxxxxx (since deceased), Wife of Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx @ Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx became the absolute owner in actual, khas and physical possession of all that 0.215 Acre of land being part of R.S. Xxxx Xxx.000, 000, & 313, recorded in R.S. Khatian No.61/1, within Mouza Mandlaguri, Pargana Patharghata, X.X. No.107, under P.S. Siliguri (now Pradhan Nagar), Dist. Darjeeling by virtue of purchase from Sri Xxxxx Xxxxx Agarwal, Son of Late Xxxxxx Ram Agarwal, through his Constituted Attorney one Sri Xxxxx Xxxxx Agarwal, Son of Late Xxxxxx Xxx Agarwal, through a registered Deed of Conveyance being document No.I- 5561 for the year 1983 dated 09.09.1983 registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Siliguri. And by virtue of such purchase said Smt. Param Xxxxx Xxxxxxx (since deceased) had acquired permanent, heritable and transferable right, title and interest in the said landed property free from all encumbrances and charges whatsoever. Darjeeling by virtue of purchase from Sri Arjun Xxxxxx, Son of Late Xxxxxx Xxxxxx through a registered Deed of Conveyance being document No.I-5109 for the year 1983 dated 29.07.1983 registered at the office of the Sub- Registrar, Siliguri. And by virtue of such purchase said Smt. Param Xxxxx Xxxxxxx (since deceased) had acquired permanent, heritable and transferable right, title and interest in the said landed property free from all encumbrances and charges whatsoever.
WHEREAS Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxx (Xxxxx) became the absolute owner of the land measuring about 4 and 1/8 Decimals in R.S. Plot No. 565, 5 and 1/16 Decimals in R.S Plot No. 566 and Smt. Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxx (Xxxxx) became the absolute owner of the land measuring about 2 and 7/8 Decimals in R.S. Plot No. 565, 5/16 Decimals in R.S Plot No. 566 and Smt. Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx (Xxxxx) became the absolute owner of the land measuring about 2 and 7/8 Decimals in R.S. Plot No. 565, 5/16 Decimals in R.S Plot No. 566 and Sri Xxxx hnaprasad Xxxxx became the absolute owner of the land measuring about 2 and 7/8 Decimals in R.S. Plot No. 565, 1 and 5/16 Decimals in R.S Plot No. 566 and their names recorded from the office of the Block Land & Land Reforms Office at Kharagpur.
WHEREAS Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxxx, daughter of Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx and wife of Late Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, became the sole, absolute and exclusive owner of all that piece or parcel of land measuring 0.47 Acres, forming part of R.S. Plot No.9617 recorded in R.S. Khatian No.864 and R.S. Plot No.9618 recorded in R.S. Khatian No.862, situated within R.S. Mouza - Siliguri, Pargana - Baikunthapur, R.S. J.L. No.110(88), P.S. - Siliguri, District - Darjeeling, by virtue of two separate Sale Deeds i) executed on 21-04-1965, being Document No.93 for the year 1965, entered in Book-I, Volume No.3, Pages 266 to 274, registered in the Office of the District Sub-Registrar, Darjeeling and ii) executed on 21-07- 1965, being Document No.4262 for the year 1965, entered in Book-I, Volume No.46, Pages 65 to 69, registered in the Office of the Sub-Registrar of Siliguri, District-Darjeeling, having permanent, heritable and transferable right, title and interest therein.

WHEREAS Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxx (Xxxxx), Smt. Xxxxxx Rani Pal (Xxxxx), Smt. Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx (Xxxxx) through their constituted attorney Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx sold, conveyed and transferred ALL THAT piece and parcel of land measuring about 4.06 Decimals in R.S. Plot No. 589 & 592, corresponding to X.X. Xxxxxxx No. 153 & 62, comprised in Mouza – Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. Xx. 311 and 7.13 Decimals in R.S. Plot No. 565 & 566, corresponding to X.X. Xxxxxxx No. 224 & 299 comprised in Mouza – Xxxxxx, X.X. Xx. 240, Total 11.19 Decimals be the same a little more or less lying and situated in District – Paschim Medinipur, P.O.- Kharagpur, P.S. - Kharagpur, xxxx and in favour of Sri Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx by dint of Sale Deed executed and registered on 09.10.2010 in the office of the A.D.S.R., Kharagpur and xxxx recorded in Book No. I, Volume No. 14, Pages from 269 to 287, as Being No. 05059 for the year 2010 WHEREAS Sri Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Smt. Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx became the absolute owner of the land measuring about 30 Decimals, and their name recorded in X.X. Khatian No. 2202 & 2163, 2200 & 2164 and 2203 & 2165 respectively in L.R. Plot No. 646, 647 & 2201, 2202 from the office of the Block Land & Land Reforms Office at Kharagpur and got land use compatibility certificate from Midnapore Kharagpur Development Authority (MKDA) being memo no.- 965/263/MKDA/17 on 07/07/2017 and converted into Vastu in three separate conversion case being no. 376/R/17, 377/R/17 & 375/R/17 respectively dated 29.11.2017 and paying taxes to the Gopali Gram Panchayat & Kharagpur Municipality on a regular basis.
