Common use of Whistleblower Protection Clause in Contracts

Whistleblower Protection. Recipients shall comply with U.S.C. §4712, Enhancement of Recipient and Subrecipient Employee Whistleblower Protection. This requirement applies to all awards issued after July 1, 2013 and effective December 14, 2016 has been permanently extended (Public Law (P.L.) 114-261). A.
