Limited Reopeners. Limited Reopeners. By this Agreement, the parties resolve all outstanding bargaining issues between them, and jointly recognize full and complete performance and satisfaction of their bargaining duties except as expressly provided below. This Agreement completes negotiations between the District and AALA for the term hereof and embodies their entire agreement and understanding. However, there shall be negotiations during the term of this Agreement as follows:
