Common use of Who May Be Released Clause in Contracts

Who May Be Released. For the purposes of this Lease, or- ders described in (b) under Par. 23.1 above will release only the resident who qualifies under both (a) and (b) above and receives the orders during the Lease term, plus that resident’s spouse or legal dependents living in the resi- dent’s household. A coresident who is not the spouse or dependent of a military resident cannot terminate under this military clause.
