Common use of Wholesale Fees Clause in Contracts

Wholesale Fees. (a) In consideration of the rights granted to Company in respect of the use and exploitation of Authorized Materials in connection with the Services, Company shall pay to Label after each **** (and in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph 10, section 2 of the letter agreement portion of this Agreement and other provisions of this Agreement) the fees, calculated and reported on a **** basis (the “Wholesale Fees”) as follows:
