Hourly Fees. Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on Exhibit B.
Hourly Fees. Fees for work performed by Contractor on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on the compensation schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Hourly Fees. Fees for work performed by Consultant shall not exceed the amounts shown on the Compensation Schedule attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
Hourly Fees. No hourly fees are billable for work performed as part of the Scope of Work/Services unless such fees are specified in Exhibit A.
Hourly Fees. Unless the services provided are for a lump sum or flat fee, fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on the compensation schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B. In the event of a conflict in or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and Exhibit B, the Agreement shall prevail.
Hourly Fees. Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on the following fee schedule:
Hourly Fees. Hourly services fees will be carefully itemized and billed at the hourly rate of $150/hour. You agree that if you request hourly rate services, we have no obligation to render such service before payment of the hourly rate in advance, based upon a good faith time estimate, if we request such a payment.
Hourly Fees. For purposes of semi-monthly xxxxxxxx, our fees will be based on the hours charged at our hourly rates as set forth in the letter agreement. We review and revise our hourly billing rates effective January l of each year.

7. Section 2.5 of the Agreement entitled “Reimbursable Expenses” is amended to read as follows:
Hourly Fees. Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed one hundred and forty-five dollars ($145).as shown on the compensation schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B.
