Willful Misconduct and Gross Negligence. To the extent that a Party’s breach of its obligations under this Contract results solely from such Party’s Willful Misconduct and/or gross negligence, Article 17.1 and Article 17.2 shall not apply to limit the liability of such Party or the remedies available to the other Party.
