Common use of Windcave Testing Prior to Launch Clause in Contracts

Windcave Testing Prior to Launch. Prior to any permitted use of Windcave products and/or Software by Customer or any third party, Windcave shall be entitled at its sole discretion to test all Windcave products and Software that Customer purchases, rents, or intends to use for up to seven (7) Business Days (“Pre-launch Testing”). Such Pre-launch Testing shall also entitle Windcave to three (3) Business Days to test Transaction processing and settlement.
