Common use of Winding Up Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Winding Up Arrangements. The termination of this Agreement shall not relieve either Party of any obligation to pay amounts due under this Agreement for periods prior to the termination date, including all interest, costs and indemnity obligations, or to effectuate all winding up arrangements, or to take any other actions as may be necessary to effectuate all of the terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Gas Purchaser shall not be responsible for the payment of more than the Contract Price for Gas deliveries as a result of any winding up arrangements.
