Winter Clothing. In winter, parents should plan clothing so the child may go outside during the day. Clothing not worn all day (such as coats, mittens and sweaters) must be labeled with the child’s name.
Winter Clothing. The Employer will provide cold weather clothing for use on the job for Maintenance employees. Where a need is identified for winter jackets in the performance of their duties, the Employer will provide Maintenance employees with one (1) winterized jacket upon hire, with replacement thereafter to be based on establishing proof of need by the employees to their Supervisor.

a) one winter jacket or one rain coat and

Winter Clothing. Winter Gear is defined as: a two-piece set (jacket and pants/bib overalls) or a one-piece coverall. Prior to November 1st of each year, each new employee will be provided one set of winter gear. Once per year, on or about September 1st, the Village will place an order for winter gear. Existing employees must demonstrate need for new winter gear to his/her supervisor by the September 1 date so that Public Works Administration can order and process all winter gear in a timely fashion for distribution by as close to the November 1 date, as possible. When new winter gear is distributed, the employee must turn in his/her old article to receive the replacement. This will insure that each individual is wearing durable and presentable winter gear at all times. Should an individual have a piece of winter gear fail mid-year due to extreme wear or damage, these cases will be resolved equitably between the employee, his/her supervisor and Public Works Administration. Abuse or misuse of winter gear will not be a reason for immediate replacement.

(a) Pullovers.
(b) Winter coats (wind breakers).

Winter Clothing. During the negotiations the Company agreed to have available in the Plant a number of winter parkas for use by those employees who, due to unforeseen circumstances, are unexpectedly required to work outside during the winter months. It is clearly understood by the Union that these parkas are not being provided for use by those employees who are regularly required to work outside as part of their normal work assignments. The Company agrees to meet with the Union after negotiations to resolve the problem of availability of winter and protective clothing.
Winter Clothing. The Company shall supply suitable winter clothing for some employees to use while at the plant. Other employees who are required to work outside periodically shall have access to shared winter clothing while performing their duties. Hardhat liners shall be provided to employees who require them and the employee shall be responsible for their cleaning. The Company will determine which employees require winter clothing and Dept. Managers will purchase the clothing. Each Department Manager will determine how often winter clothing should be replaced. All supplied clothing shall remain the property of Grain Millers Canada Corporation. Employees will be responsible for lost or stolen clothing issued to them. Grain Millers Canada Corporation will provide cleaning services as required for all winter weight clothing at no cost to the employee. All supplied clothing (including cost- shared work boots) must remain on company property, and employees must change when reporting to and leaving work.
