Winter4Kids Review Process. Winter4Kids will conduct a timely and reasonable investigation into any misconduct reported. The scope of any investigation will be determined by Winter4Kids in its sole discretion, provided, however, any person accused of misconduct will have a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
