Common use of Wire Fees Clause in Contracts

Wire Fees. Borrowers shall pay to Administrative Agent, for its own account and not for the account of any other Lenders, on written demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Administrative Agent pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, any fees paid by Administrative Agent to any other Lender) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrowers or any other Person on behalf of Borrowers, by Administrative Agent, of proceeds of the Loans made by any Lender to Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Administrative Agent, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Administrative Agent on account of Obligations.

Wire Fees. Borrowers Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, for its own account and not for the account benefit of any other Lenders, on written demand, any and all fees, costs or expenses which Administrative Agent pays to a bank or other similar institution (including, without limitation, any fees paid by Administrative Agent to any other Lender) arising out of or in connection with (i) the forwarding to Borrowers Borrower or any other Person on behalf of BorrowersBorrower, by Administrative Agent, of proceeds of the Revolving Loans made by any Lender to Borrowers Borrower pursuant to this Agreement, and (ii) the depositing for collection, by Administrative Agent, of any check or item of payment received or delivered to Administrative Agent on account of the Obligations.
