Residence Fees. The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Residence Fees. Residence fees include accommodation from 24 hours prior to the first day of their academic session until 12:00p.m. noon on the day following the Resident’s final day of the academic session. Residents who are offered a space in Residence five (5) business days or more after the start of their academic session will be charged a pro-rated fee and the move in date will be stipulated in a separate email from the Residence Office. A mandatory meal plan of $2,500.00 is required for first year residents of the Academic Year 2022-2023 and Three Term Academic Year 2022-2023. Additional Meal Plan options are also available. A mandatory meal plan of $1,250.00 is required for first year residents of the Winter Semester 2023. All payments made to the Residence for the Residence Meal Plans are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Algonquin College Food Services.
