Wire Fees. Wire Fees and EFT service charges, both outgoing and incoming, incurred by CLOCKSS should be included in the payment. Previous year’s Wire Fees and EFT service charges may be charged in subsequent years at the time of invoicing based on the previous year’s Wire Fees and EFT service charges charged to the CLOCKSS Archive, if not included with the original invoice payment.
