Wireless Communications. In the interests of public safety and the efficient operation of the Airport, COUNTY reserves the sole right to resolve any conflicts between or among any wireless communication devices or systems of the Airport TENANT, and any third party users at the Airport, and to require TENANT to change over to any future Airport-wide network once installed.

Be installed, supported and maintained by AVANGRID or its designee b. Use AVANGRID or RG&E approved authentication protocols, infrastructure, and encryption protocols c. Maintain a hardware address that can be registered and tracked 3.2 Under no circumstances are unauthorized wireless communication devices allowed to directly connect to the internal AVANGRID corporate network. 3.3 Internet access through wireless technology (hotspots) not belonging to AVANGRID shall only be used if contractually agreed by AVANGRID and the Third Party Worker.
Wireless Communications. (a) Landlord’s Wireless Communication Equipment. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, to install and maintain (either itself or through a third party service provider) certain office and communications services (specifically including, without limitation, wireless communication equipment) in the Building or Project, or any portion thereof (“Landlord’s Communication Equipment”). To the extent that Landlord permits Tenant or Tenant’s Responsible Parties to use any of Landlord’s Communication Equipment (e.g., Landlord ’ s Communication Equipment providing Wi-Fi in the Common Areas), which Landlord shall have no obligation to do, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that (i) such services are provided without representation or warranty by Landlord (all of which are expressly dis claimed), and (ii) the terms of this Lease shall apply to Tenant’s use of Landlord’s Communication Equipment (including, without limitation, Sections 7.4 and 11.1(a) above). (b) Tenant’s Wireless Communication Equi pment. Subject to Landlord’ s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 9 above and this Section 19.2, Tenant may install and maintain , at Tenant’ s sole cost and expense , wireless communication equipment within the Premises (the “Wireless Communication Equipment”). Such Wireless Communication Equipment shall be used for wireless communications within the Premises only, and shall be for the servicing of the operations conducted by Tenant from within the Premises. Tenant shall not be entitled to license its Wireless Communication Equipment to any third party, nor shall Tenant be permitted to receive any revenues , fees or any other consideration for the use of such Communication Equipment by any third party. Such Wireless Communication Equipment shall, in all i nst ances, comply with applicable governmental laws, codes, rules and regulations. (c) Use of Wireless Equipment. Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that its use of the Wireless Communication Equipment (i) shall not be permitted to interfere with any wireless communication equipment or other equipment of any other Occupant existing as of the date of this Lease, (ii) shall not be permitted to interfere with any wireless communication equipment or other equipment of any other third-party with whom Landlord has any third-party agreement, and (iii) shall not be pe...
