Wireless Services. The Services may use commercial mobile wireless services purchased from one or more third- party providers for the Services (the “Underlying Wireless Carrier”). This agreement does not give you any rights against the Underlying Wireless Carrier. The Underlying Wireless Carrier is, however, an intended third-party beneficiary of the protections of this agreement. If your vehicle is equipped with Wi-Fi Hotspot, you may connect your personal device to the Hotspot; however, access to the internet requires you to register with the Underlying Wireless Carrier and purchase a data plan. For new vehicles, a preliminary trial offer may be available.

Wireless Services. Windstar Cruises may, but will not be required to, make wireless access to the Internet or access to wireless telephone services ("Wireless Services") available to passengers on board either directly or through a third-party service provider. Passengers agree that use of Wireless Services is at their own risk and that Windstar Cruises shall not be liable to Passengers in any manner for claims, losses or damages resulting therefrom. Passengers’ use of Wireless Services on board is public; privacy of any information sent or received is not guaranteed. Personal data may be available to third-party service providers and Windstar Cruises is not liable under any circumstances for any lack of privacy or data security while using Wireless Services. Passengers agree that Windstar Cruises and any third party providing the Wireless Services may, but is not obligated to monitor, record, intercept and disclose any transmissions over or using Wireless Services aboard the Ship, and may disclose to third party service providers, partners, and other third parties, any billing, account, or use records, and other information which may be collected in relation to Passengers’ use of the Wireless Services as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion (for example, in response to lawful process, orders, subpoenas, or warrants, or to protect Windstar Cruises’ rights, passengers or property). Information collected using any Wireless Services may be subject to the terms and conditions, and data collection practices, indicated in the privacy policy and terms of use applicable to the specific Wireless Services you may use. You acknowledge that the Personal Data we process in connection with the Wireless Services will be processed in accordance with the laws applicable at the time and location of processing. You agree that the law applicable at the time and location of processing will control, not the law applicable to this Contract, when Personal Data is processed in connection with the Wireless Services. Wireless Services. Customer may request a wireless DSL modem/router at time of installation at no charge. When Customer elects to use a modem with wireless built in, GTC will pre-configure the wireless with WPA/WPA2 Security or WEP Security as per Customer’s request. GTC DOES NOT RECOMMEND USE OF WIRELESS WITHOUT ENCRYPTION SETUP, and if Customer opts for no encryption installed, GTC shall have no liability for unauthorized use, or malicious activity due to not maintaining proper security measures on Customer's network.
Wireless Services. Includes, but not limited to wireless voice, data and bundled plans, bundled mobile device and network management services, intelligent community services, wireless business services, microwaves, satellite voice plans, wireless WAN, and wireless broadband. Wireless Services awarded under this contract are those specifically stated in Attachment B-3 to Exhibit B
Wireless Services. (a) Wireless Services shall be made available in the Provider’s coverage areas on compatible devices where technology permits. (b) The Provider may (i) make changes to the network or other facilities; (ii) enlarge, reduce or change coverage areas; and (iii) change or end roaming partner relationships, all at their discretion and without notice. Neither FARMERS EDGE nor the Provider is liable for any changes in End User’s ability to use the Wireless Services or the devices resulting from such changes. End User can request from FARMERS EDGE copies of maps and other information about coverage and roaming, or the wireless services in general. (c) The Wireless Services may be temporarily refused, interrupted, or limited at any time because of: (i) limitations to the Provider; (ii) transmission limitations caused by atmospheric, topographical or other factors outside of the Provider’s reasonable control; or (iii) equipment modifications, upgrades, relocations, repairs, and other similar activities necessary for the proper or improved operation of the Wireless Services. Individual data transmissions may be involuntarily delayed for a variety of reasons, including atmospheric conditions, topography, weak batteries, system over-capacity, movement outside a geographic locations in which the Wireless Services are available from time to time and gaps in coverage within said geographic locations. (d) If End User’s device roams in a roaming partner’s coverage area (including Wi-Fi hotspot use) End User is also subject to the terms and conditions of the roaming partner including any limitation or exclusion of liability.
Wireless Services. 4.1. Wireless Connectivity installations can take up to 3 months to be installed. 4.2. Wireless installation pricing is best estimate and may vary following a detailed site survey. Costs will then be amended accordingly. 4.3. Should third-party equipment, for example a cherry picker, need to be rented or purchased for the installation of a wireless link, the Customer will be charged for this over and above any installation fees already quoted. 4.4. All Wireless installation lead times quoted are based on desktop feasibility using online tools supplied by our last mile wireless carriers. Installation lead times are therefore estimates and require a physical site survey to be carried out. Only once the site survey has been completed and the Supplier reviews the survey report, can more accurate lead times be supplied to the Customer. 4.5. The Initial Term, regarding the wireless portion of the agreement, will only come into effect once the wireless link is installed and the Ready for service date (defined below) has been determined.
Wireless Services. Agent has acquired the right to resell and/or sublicense certain wireless data communication services offered by certain cellular telephone and data networks (the “Wireless Networks”), in order to allow merchants to capture and transmit to Servicers wireless Card transactions on wireless POS terminals and accessories (the “Wireless Equipment”). The Wireless Networks are provided by third party vendors and, as such, the Servicers are in no way responsible for providing, maintaining, servicing or supporting such networks. In the event that Merchant utilizes Wireless Equipment and Wireless Services for Card transactions, it agrees to utilize such Wireless Networks and Wireless Equipment only as permitted by the third party vendors and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, requirements, and rulings, as such may be updated from time to time. In addition, Merchant agrees to look exclusively to the applicable third party vendor of the Wireless Networks and/or Wireless Equipment for any and all warranties relating thereto, and agrees that Servicers have not provided any such warranties. Servicers shall not be responsible for transmission errors, interruptions in service, corruption of data or for the security of data during any transmission. In addition to any other provision of this Agreement, the Wireless Services will terminate immediately upon termination of the agreement between Agent and the third party vendor, upon discontinuance of the delivery of Wireless Services by the third party vendor, or at such time as the third party vendor or Agent is prevented from providing the Wireless Services by reason of any laws, regulations, requirements, rulings or notices issued by any governmental authority.

Wireless Services. Any Wireless Infrastructure Provider or Wireless Services Provider constructing, intending to construct, or facilitate the construction of a Small Wireless Facility within the Right-Of-Way shall comply with the terms and conditions of this MLA, as well as other applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, requirements and orders, including but not limited to the requirements set forth in the Department of Public Works & Parks Permit Manual and City of Worcester’s Standard Specifications and Details.
