Common use of Wireless Services Clause in Contracts

Wireless Services. The Services may use commercial mobile wireless services purchased from one or more third- party providers for the Services (the “Underlying Wireless Carrier”). This agreement does not give you any rights against the Underlying Wireless Carrier. The Underlying Wireless Carrier is, however, an intended third-party beneficiary of the protections of this agreement. If your vehicle is equipped with Wi-Fi Hotspot, you may connect your personal device to the Hotspot; however, access to the internet requires you to register with the Underlying Wireless Carrier and purchase a data plan. For new vehicles, a preliminary trial offer may be available.
