Wireline to Wireless Traffic – Directly Interconnected. 4.2.1 The Telephone Company shall be responsible for the delivery of Traffic from its network to the appropriate Point of Interconnection as set forth in Appendix B, for the Transport and Termination of such Traffic by the CMRS Provider to its End User.
