Common use of Wiring Instructions Clause in Contracts

Wiring Instructions. All funds, if any, to be paid to or by the Escrow Agent shall be sent by wire transfer in accordance with the instructions provided on Schedule II hereto, or by such other method of payment and in accordance with such instructions as may be given in advance and in writing to the Escrow Agent, by notice in compliance with Section 13(a) of this Agreement.
