Common use of WIS Entrance Facilities Clause in Contracts

WIS Entrance Facilities. 6.3.1.1.1 Recurring and nonrecurring rates for Entrance Facilities are specified in Exhibit A and will apply for those DS1 or DS3 facilities dedicated to use by Type 2 Service. 6.3.1.1.2 If WSP chooses to provision WIS facilities over an existing facility purchased as private line transport service from the CenturyLink state or FCC access Tariffs, the rates from those Tariffs will apply.
