The Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Rehabilitation Services is a recipient of Federal financial assistance and must, therefore, assure the United States Department of Education that no person shall, on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
