Common use of With Consent Clause in Contracts

With Consent. Any holding over with the consent of the Commissioner in writing constitutes a Lease from month-to-month on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement, including payment of the Rent attributable to the portion or portions of the Leased Space Tenant continues to occupy after the Term; Tenant must surrender and vacate the Leased Space no later than the 30th day following notice from the Commissioner that the month-to-month holdover is terminated.
