Common use of With Landlord Consent Clause in Contracts

With Landlord Consent. If Tenant continues, with the knowledge and written consent of Landlord obtained at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the term of this Lease, to remain in the premises after the expiration of the term of this Lease, then and in that event, Tenant shall, by virtue of this holdover agreement, become a tenant by the month at the rent stipulated by Landlord in said holdover agreement, commencing said monthly tenancy with the first day next after the end of the term above demised. Tenant shall give to Landlord at least thirty (30) days' written notice of any intention to quit said premises. Tenant shall be entitled to thirty (30) days' written notice to quit said premises, except in the event of nonpayment of rent in advance or of the breach of any other covenant by Tenant, in which event Tenant shall not be entitled to any notice to quit, the usual thirty (30) days' notice to quit being hereby expressly waived.
