Common use of WITH RESPECT TO THE PLOTS Clause in Contracts

WITH RESPECT TO THE PLOTS. (17.2.1.) Subject to Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Plot at his/her own cost and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or the Plot, or the compound walls, roads, common areas or circulation areas which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority and keep the Plot, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good repair and maintain the same in proper condition.
