withdraw the Authority Change Request. 10.4.3 If the Authority confirms the Developer’s Estimate (as may be modified), the implementation of the relevant Extra Work shall be commenced on the later of five (5) Business Days of the Authority’s written confirmation and the date set forth in the Developer’s Estimate and Developer may claim for a Compensation Event in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Article 12 (Supervening Events). Within this period, the Parties shall consult and agree on the remaining details as soon as practicable and shall enter into an appropriate change order to give effect to the relevant Authority Change Request.
