Change Request Procedures. 4.1. Either party can request changes to the Service in accordance with the change request form attached to the Order Form or provided by SAP from time to time (“Change Request”).

Licensee must thereupon inform SAP in writing within five (5) working days whether the change request is to apply or whether the contract is to be continued on the existing terms. If the investigation of a change request itself requires substantial work, SAP is entitled to xxxx separately for that work.

If SAP submits a change request, Prime Contractor must notify SAP in writing within ten (10) working days whether it accepts the change or not. Until there is agreement about the change, work will continue in accordance with the existing Order Form.
Change Request Procedures. Material changes to the SOW shall be made only in accordance with the following procedure:
(a) The party requesting a change to the SOW shall submit a written Change Request ("CR") to the other party in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
(b) If the requesting party is Customer, then BCC will respond by written notice to Customer within ten
Change Request Procedures. (a) A Party may request a Change by issuing a written request for that Change to the other Party in the form set out in Exhibit B (such request being, a “Change Request”). No Change will be valid unless consented to in writing by both Parties. Neither Party shall object to a Change to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable Law or the requirements of a governmental authority (a “Regulatory Change”). Each Regulatory Change shall be implemented by the Parties in a manner so as to minimize the impact on the provision or receipt of the Services as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, prior to the date on which the relevant Regulatory Change comes into effect.
(b) The Parties shall, acting reasonably, discuss and agree upon any Change Request proposed pursuant to Section 11.1 within fifteen (15) Business Days of the receipt of the relevant Change Request by a Party. Upon agreement, the Parties shall implement the Change in accordance with its terms.
(c) Each Party shall bear its own costs of considering and responding to Change Requests proposed by either Party. In respect of:
(i) Changes (other than Regulatory Changes), the Party requesting the Change shall bear the other Party’s incremental reasonable, direct and evidenced costs associated with implementing the Change; and
(ii) Regulatory Changes, any incremental reasonable, direct and evidenced costs associated with implementing the Change shall be borne by Provider, except that any incremental reasonable, direct and evidenced costs associated with implementing a Regulatory Change that primarily affects the Business rather than the business of Provider shall be borne by Recipient.
Change Request Procedures. 36.1 During implementation of the Scope of Work, a Party may request at any time that a change be made to (without limitation) the Deliverables, Purchase Orders, the Installed Line Procurements, the Implementation Schedule, the Deployment Plan or other Appendix to this Agreement, as the case may be. Such request shall be made in the form of a "Change Request" and must be in writing.
36.2 The Change Request form shall be completed by the requesting party in accordance with Appendix 18 (Change Request);
36.3 Within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of a Change Request, or within such other period as may be agreed, PARTNER will evaluate the Change Request and provide a full written quotation or cost reduction estimate specifying the form that the proposed amendment will take and detailing the cost impact and effect on the works, including the Implementation Schedule.
36.4 In the event that the Change Request is processed and agreed in the required form, the relevant Deliverables, Purchase Order(s), Installed Line Procurements, Implementation Schedule, Deployment Plan or other Appendix to this Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed amended accordingly.
36.5 In the event that the Change Request cannot be agreed, there shall be notification of the reasons in writing within ten (10) Business Days of receiving the Change Request. Otherwise, when the Parties agree to implement the Change Request, the details of such change shall be specified and agreed in writing.
36.6 At the same time as giving the Change Request, the requesting Party shall provide the other Party such information as may reasonably be required to assess the impact of the Change Request on the overall Scope of Work. If there is a reasonable possibility that there will need to be a material amount of time and effort spent in dealing with a Change Request, additional payment or payment reduction, as appropriate, for that time and effort may be negotiated, but compensation for any work to deal with the Change Request shall be contingent on prior written agreement between TELKOM and PARTNER.
36.7 PARTNER shall make such changes and implement the Change Request only upon execution by the Parties of a written document specifying the agreed changes, the scope of the changes, the adjustments to the Implementation Schedule, if any, the additional costs or reduction of costs, if any.

Change Request Procedures. Changes to the Statement of Work shall be made ------------------------- only in accordance with the following procedure:
(a) The party requesting a change to the Statement of Work or to the pricing, terms of payment, or acceptance criteria shall submit a written Change Request ("CR") to the other party in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
(b) If the requesting party is Customer, then DI will respond by written notice to Customer within ten (10) business days of receipt of the CR, outlining all impacts of the requested change on the Deliverables, Schedule, and pricing, and any other conditions upon which DI's willingness to accept the CR may depend (collectively, "CR Response"). If the requesting party is DI, then the CR will identify such impacts and conditions as proposed by DI.
(c) Customer shall accept, reject or propose modifications to each such CR or CR Response given by DI within ten (10) business days of receipt thereof by Customer. Additional modifications proposed by Customer, as part of such response will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.4(a) above.
(d) An authorized representative of each party must sign each acceptance of a CR or CR Response before becoming effective as a modification to the Statement of Work or any other part of this Agreement.

Both parties agree to act in good faith to address and mutually agree to any requested Change Requests within a reasonable period of time. Where Change Requests require input from the Customer, Prime Contractor will take all reasonable steps to procure input from the Customer on a timely basis.
4.2. SAP will not perform under a Change Request until agreed to and signed by the parties.

Licensee must thereupon inform XXX in writing within five (5) working days whether the change request is to apply or whether the contract is to be continued on the existing terms. If the investigation of a change request itself requires substantial work, SAP is entitled to bill separately for that work. If SAP submits a change request, Licensee must notify SAP in writing within ten (10) working days whether it accepts the change or not. Until there is agreement about the change, work will continue in accordance with the existing SOW.
Change Request Procedures. During the course of the project, it is likely that work will need to deviate from this SOW. If CPS requests work that deviates from this SOW or if CPS agrees to a change suggested by HSS, then a formal process must be followed to review, approve and amend this SOW or toenter into additional statements of work. Any changes to the SOW must be agreed upon in writing by the authorized representative of CPS as defined in the Change Management Process section of the Agreement. Such changes may require the approval of the Board's General Counsel. • A Project Change Request (PCR) and a PCR log numbering the PCR's and providing the date of the parties agreement for that change will document these requests. All properly executed Project Chm1ge Requests will be considered an addendum to this SOW.
