Withdrawal and Return of Capital Contribution. No Member shall be entitled to (a) withdraw from the Company, (b) transfer or assign the Member’s interest in the Company except in accordance with Article VIII, or (c) the return of the Member’s Capital Contributions except to the extent, if any, that distributions made pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement may be considered as such by law or as expressly provided for in this Agreement. No interest shall accrue on any Capital Contributions.
