Withdrawal Certificate. The Borrower shall have provided a Withdrawal Certificate to the P1 Accounts Bank and the P1 Collateral Agent, which such Withdrawal Certificate shall request all withdrawals to be made from the P1 Construction Account on the Closing Date in accordance with the P1 Accounts Agreement.
