WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENTS. Mogo Auto may, at any time before the payment of the Loan (or any part thereof) to or on behalf of the Borrower, withdraw from the Agreement and the Borrower will have no claim against Mogo Auto if Mogo Auto does so.
