WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. You may withdraw from the school at any time after the cancellation period (described above) and receive a pro rata refund if you have completed 60 percent or less of the scheduled days in the current payment period in your program through the last day of attendance. The refund will be less a registration or administration fee not to exceed $250.00, and less any deduction for equipment not returned in good condition, within 45 days of withdrawal. If the student has completed more than 60% of the period of attendance for which the student was charged, the tuition is considered earned and the student will receive no refund. For the purpose of determining a refund under this section, a student shall be deemed to have withdrawn from a program of instruction when any of the following occurs: The student notifies the institution of the student’s withdrawal or as of the date of the student’s withdrawal, whichever is later. The institution terminates the student’s enrollment for failure to maintain satisfactory progress; failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution; absences in excess of maximum set forth by the institution; and/or failure to meet financial obligations to the School. The student has failed to attend class for three (3) consecutive weeks (online or onsite). The student fails to return from a leave of absence. For the purpose of determining the amount of the refund, the date of the student’s withdrawal shall be deemed the last date of recorded attendance. The amount owed equals the daily charge for the program (total institutional charge, minus non-refundable fees, divided by the number of days in the program), multiplied by the number of days scheduled to attend, prior to withdrawal. For the purpose of determining when the refund must be paid, the student shall be deemed to have withdrawn at the end of three (3) consecutive weeks. If the student has completed more than 60% of the period of attendance for which the student was charged, the tuition is considered earned and the student will receive no refund. A refund will be made within 45 days of withdrawal. For the purpose of determining a refund under this section, a student shall be deemed to have withdrawn from a program of instruction when any of the following occurs: The student notifies the institution of the student’s withdrawal or as of the date of the student’s withdrawal, whichever is later. The institution terminates the student’s enrollment for failure to maintain satisfactory progress; failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution; and/or failure to meet financial obligations to the School. For distance education students scheduled days is based on a five day week, which does not include Saturday or Sunday, or any defined holiday as enumerated in Section 6700 of the California Government Code (specific holidays published in the catalog). Any amount of the refund in excess of the unpaid balance of the loan shall be first used to repay any student financial aid programs from which the student received benefits, in proportion to the amount of the benefits received, and any remaining amount shall be paid to the student. If the student has received federal student financial aid funds, the student is entitled to a refund of moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the Program (June 15 - August 7) must alert Camp Staff at least one (1) week prior to the discontinuation of this service.

For the purpose of determining a refund under this section, a Student shall be deemed to have withdrawn from a program of instruction when any of the following occurs: • The Student notifies the institution of the Student’s withdrawal or as of the date of the Student’s withdrawal, whichever is later. • The institution terminates the Student’s enrollment for failure to maintain satisfactory progress; failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution; absences and/or tardiness in excess of maximum set forth by the institution. • The Student has failed to attend class after 6 days of unexcused absences. Students are expected to attend classes punctually unless extenuating circumstances exist (e.g. Verified cases of accidents, illness, or other circumstances beyond the control of the student). • The Student fails to return from a leave of absence by the next planned session. If Opportunity Junction has received tuition funding via a 3rd party Funder, the Funder is entitled to a refund of moneys of up to 60% of the total tuition cost.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the Program must provide a statement in writing at least 30 days prior to the discontinuation of this service. Tuition will be due for the balance of the ASP session.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. The employee who decides to withdraw from the Program must advise the Human Resources department and his Union.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. (1) If the Student wishes to withdraw from the “Doctoral Students Exchange Program between RWTH and Tokyo Tech”, the Student must submit to both universities a written request for withdrawal. After the request is accepted by both universities, this Student Agreement will be terminated.
(2) Both universities have the right to terminate this Student Agreement if the Student violates any rules or regulations of either university.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. 2.10.1 In the event that a student decides to withdraw from the double degree program, he/she can apply to transfer to the Home University the activities obtained at the host University according to the table of conversion activity hours.
2.10.2 Students who have failed to complete the degree requirements of the host institution and wish to remain beyond the planned one-year period to complete their degree must have the written permission for a programme extension from DEM programme coordinator and from SWUFE. Additional tuition, fees and programme details will be contained in the written request for permission for an extension.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. A. Participants may withdraw from the program by giving written notification (via e- mail) to their Telework Coordinator(s) and their supervisor. Notice of termination should be given two (2) weeks in advance unless exigent circumstances exist.
B. In the event that an employee withdraws from the program and remains with the Agency, the employee will be assigned an office as determined by the Agency at their associated USPTO worksite (i.e. the Alexandria office or regional office they were working from before starting fulltime telework, pending space availability at regional offices).
C. Participants may voluntarily choose to change their official worksite back to their associated USPTO worksite at any time and are encouraged to use their best judgment in returning to their associated USPTO worksite if circumstances at their remote duty station may be a factor for declined performance. Supervisors and employees are encouraged to discuss this option.
D. In the event that an employee withdraws from the program and leaves the Agency, all Agency-issue d materials and equipme nt must be returned to a USPTO office or arrangements for return must be scheduled with the designated Agency official normally within five (5) business days from the end of the employee’s participation.
